  Worst Dealership Ever! Sales will lie. Service will be half-assed. They refuse to work unless you harass them relentlessly. Ford makes a great product, but it's not worth doing business with this dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!

  This survey only allows me to give a 5 star rating. I'd rate them 10 times higher if I could. I was traveling from Pennsylvania, through Arkansas, in the middle of nowhere, going west on I-40, when I experienced a problem (loud noise, grinding) with the left front end of my 2014 Ford F-150. I cautiously drove my truck to Fort Smith, Arkansas. On Thursday, 12 Sep 2024, I took my truck to Randall Ford, first thing in the morning. I met Mr. Ricky Xxxxxx at the service desk & explained my situation with my truck. Ricky stated that they were full for the day but would try to get my truck looked at. I thanked him & informed him I'll just hang out in the break area for awhile. Approximately 90 minutes later, Ricky and a mechanic, Josh, approached me and asked for more specifics regarding the problem with my truck. Afterwards Josh had pinpointed the problem as the left Integrated Wheel End (IEW) assembly. Two hours later the IEW was replaced (by Mr. David & Mr. Josh) & I was driving out of Randall Ford with a fully functional, repaired truck. I went from potentially being stranded for several days to having my truck repaired in just several hours. The superb customer service by Mr. Ricky Xxxxxx, coupled with the outstanding diagnosis & repair by Mr. Josh & Mr. David was nothing short of amazing. If I resided in the Fort Smith area Randall Ford would be my service center of choice. These folks absolutely phenomenal! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Bob

  We have had two great experiences at Randall Ford working with Ray! Not only did he help my mom find an amazing truck, he helped my husband lock in with a truck he loves! Ray is very helpful finding just the right vehicle without being one of “those salesmen.” We will definitely be working with him in the future and will continue to recommend him to friends! He went above and beyond to help us and is a true asset to Randall Ford. 10/10!!

  We went in to ask about a vehicle and was lied to and treated poorly by Kasey. She walked off from us midconversation. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

  I am so happy with my 2011 Dodge Durango that I bought from Randall Ford my salesmen was Chico Gonzalez he was amazing in working with me finding the right car to fit my needs and budget couldn't be happier. Plus these guys here went above and beyond because I did buy a used vehicle and I no there is going to be a few things wrong and there was a minor repair that came up after a week of me having the Durango and the manger Chico and Anthony got it fixed gave me a car to drive for a week and even filled it up with gas I was not out of pocket a thing they didn't have to do all that and that right there shows me that they care about their customers if you are looking to buy a car ask for Chico I know you will be taking care of. Thank you all so very much.
