  I recently rented a vehicle from the Enterprise dealership on zero Street in fort Smith Arkansas and apparently there was some shady crap that went down when we picked up the vehicle I'm not sure that they did their job appropriately because they didn't do the complete walk around as I was told and then when I returned the vehicle six days later after retrieving my own vehicle from a body shop that was being worked on they informed me that there was damage to the rental vehicle that they said was caused by hail on the roof magically which no one seemed to catch previously and made an attempt to charge me for that quote-unquote damage which I'm pretty damn sure was there already. Just to keep it short and sweet I don't have a very high opinion of that location for renting vehicles and would not recommend it to anybody else because I think there's some shady business going on there and chances are very good that they've done this to other people and I personally consider it a personal attack upon me because I have rented many many vehicles from Enterprise and never had an issue until this time my recommendation would be to stay the hell away from that shop. An afterthought that I would like to add a few extra things if you decide to rent from this company I highly recommend that you go with the attendant walk around the vehicle with him look at the roof look at the sides look at the windows look at things inside and please take your cell phone and take pictures of the sides of the top the back so that you have documented proof that there was no damage to that vehicle when you picked it up because I believe they're practicing insurance fraud if you really want to know the truth and I don't say that lightly just make sure that you get pictures of everything if there's anything broke take a picture of it and point it out to the guy who is doing the walk around and make sure he understands that it's already broke and you're not paying for it. And rest assured that I will be watching to see whether any illicit insurance claims come across with my insurance company they did give me my deposit back which I was surprised by I did not expect to get that because they had made such a big deal about it when I was there, but in the future I will make sure that I have everything well documented and I may even have a lawyer draw up a form that they have to sign for me to protect me from them if they're going to promote this type of practice.

  I’ve had an appointment with Enterprise Fort Smith ark. since January 2026. I call March 10, 2026 to confirm my appointment. They said everything looks good. They have a vehicle for me I’ll be good to go. So I get a phone call today from the enterprise manager while I’m approx 1/2 - 1/4 mile away from my destination to drop my vehicle for repairs. The enterprise manager, calling me at the last minute, tells me they don’t have a vehicle. All of the vehicles are rented out. He began to tell me he’s waiting on a truck. It might come at 1 PM and it might not. I can come after 1 PM to pick it up. First of all they’re supposed to drop it off at the repair shop. I said I can’t come and get it after 1 PM. I’m at work then at that time. He says well I’m sorry I don’t know what to tell you. OK I call back all way later and talk to somebody else. Don’t know who it was. I told them nicely. I’ve had an appointment since January. I called to confirm this appointment on March 10, 2026 and y’all said everything was good to go, so are y’all going to have a vehicle for me in the morning? I was calling back later because that’s what the manager said to do. Anyway, I asked the guy I was speaking with over the recorded line why they didn’t have any vehicles. He proceeds to tell me they had a hail storm on Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day was on a Saturday 2026. And I said no, you did not have a hail storm in Fort Smith that day because I was at work that day on my 15 hour job all day and all night. You didn’t have a hail storm because I’m working about three or four blocks from Enterprise all day that day all night that night until 10 PM. So I told him he was lying to me well that made him mad. I then said I called on March 10 to confirm this appointment and y’all said everything was good to go now you’re telling me one story and he’s telling me another story your manager is. So what is it because like I said, I’m at work down the street from you guys at enterprise on zero Street Fort Smith. So when is Valentine’s Day before March 10 or after March 10? Well, that made him even further angry because I called him out on his crap and I told him to not insult my intelligence that he’s lying to me and I don’t appreciate it one bit. So I called my insurance company and told the lady that’s handling it and she said that he told her that I cussed him out when I DID NOT!! . That’s a lie too if I’m going to get lied to you’re going to get lied to & about. He also told my insurance person that I kept calling and calling. Nope I DID NOT! That’s another lie! . I wouldn’t recommend this place and I’ve even rented from them several times before with no problem. The last time I rented from Enterprise Fort Smith on zero Street was in 2019. Now I get talk to you like I’m crap because the guy thinks that I don’t have a vehicle to drive. He’s wrong. My vehicle is very drivable. All I need to do is get my bumper fixed. So with that said this is poor management. I called St. Louis and talked to a very nice lady. She said she would send an e-mail to the regional manager as she said he would like to call me and I hope he does. Rude & liars!! Here’s the phone calls where they called me then I called my repair shop then I called them back like they asked me to at Enterprise. Then I finally woke up having a call the Enterprise number that I kept in my phone.
