I went to this Jiffy Lube for a simple oil change with no check engine light on and no issues at all with my car. The service itself seemed fine and everyone was polite, but within two hours of leaving my check engine light came on and my engine started shaking. I went straight back, and they claimed it was “pre-existing wear and tear” on the air intake hose from when they changed my air filter. They pointed to a note they added on the invoice — a note they never mentioned to me while I was there. It felt like something written to cover themselves. If they truly noticed a problem, why wouldn’t they tell me instead of quietly writing a memo? I had to take my car to a body shop to get it repaired and rent a car while it’s being fixed. The shop confirmed the part was damaged from being handled too aggressively during the service. Jiffy Lube refused to take responsibility or even try to help. Instead of owning it, they tried to blame the previous person who changed my oil and said it was their fault for not telling me. My concern is not just the damage itself, but the lack of honesty. Breaking something and choosing not to mention it, then relying on an internal note, shows poor integrity. Update: I wanted to share an update regarding my previous review. Jiffy Lube did reach out to me, fixed the issue with my air intake hose, and agreed to compensate me for the rental. They picked up my car from the body shop, and although there was some tension between their employee and the body shop staff, mainly because Jiffy Lube asked why they told me the part was damaged and the body shop said it was because they truly believed Jiffy Lube caused it. I’m not sure if the fix was done out of integrity or because I contacted corporate and left a review, but they did ultimately correct the problem. I appreciate that the issue was addressed.

I went here today for the 1st time, and was very happy with their customer service, patiently listening and answering questions, and no pressure on me to buy what I didn't need, but was extremely pleased with their excellent recommendations for the things I did need! I'm going back in about a week to have them do my brake pads and rotors. The price was within $20 of me buying all the parts and doing it ourselves, so I consider that a really good win! Also, first time I've been to a shop with guys who weren't condescending or blowing smoke. They were very professional and thorough in taking care of our car. Thanks Jiffy Lube!!

The service was quick and everyone was super helpful and friendly. They removed a rusty nail from my tire and patched it up for free. I sat in the seating area while they raised my car, and it was super clean and comfortable with restrooms and coffee available.

Very rude and would not just accept that I wanted a standard oil change for my low mileage truck. I had a 50% coupon for conventional oil change and they told me conventional oil would probably ruin my motor. 😅 So I definitely wouldn't recommend them. I left because they were so rude and unprofessional.

I went to Take Five on Zero Street, and they did the entire oil change service, which took about 45 minutes. They had two workers and three lanes, so the entire process was really slow. The two workers were only servicing my vehicle while the other two vehicles sat waiting. At the end of the oil change, they told me they did not have my oil filter in stock so I had to leave without a new oil filter, completely wasting my time. I called Jiffy Lube on Phoenix Avenue, and they said they would put my oil filter on for free and they were sorry about my hard time at the other place. They assured me if an issue like this ever came about, they would be able to get the oil filter themselves from the auto parts store. I will definitely be coming here from now on! Amazing customer service.
