Tee was very efficient and seemed very knowledgeable about her line of work. I was very thankful that she didn't push any extra sales and allowed me to make decisions on my car's maintenance. I asked her if there were any discounts for first time users and she did apply a discount so that was very nice and very much appreciated. 🙂

I was doing to make time for this review because the guys over at Jiffy Lube on Phoenix Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas go above and beyond every time but this most recent time they took it up a notch. First of all, they’re always very pleasant. They smile they ask how I’m doing. They’re very accommodating in every way I explained to him about the issue I was having with my tire And the next thing I know the entire staff is over there looking at my tire. They were able to figure it out pretty quickly, but we’re unsure whether or not they could save it or whether I had to get a new tire, but they said they were going to do everything they could show before I go any further I should back up and say that I had a mechanic look at it who has a shop right next to where I work He didn’t give it too hard of a look, but in his opinion, he said the tire was trashed and I should buy a new one something told me to take it up here because these guys never tried to get me to spend more money than I need to, when I thought my transmission fluid needed to be They assured me that it did not they are not simply interested in getting money out of their customer. They are interested Taking care of them and their vehicles and that is what this is all about I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I can tell that this particular patch took more effort in time than they normally take yet they did not charge me a single dime. Thank you so much, Jiffy Lube. I really appreciate each and everyone of you guys here and I will share this on my Facebook page and I will tell everybody I know.

Employees were extremely helpful, attentive, and efficient helping me get my vehicle operational again. From the moment I drove to the parking lot until my repair was completed, I felt valued and heard. I’m very impressed and blown away by the care, and customer service .
