- CCCeeMjayOct 28, 20255.0I rent cars frequently as a contract driver and this particular day, October 21, 2025, to be exact, there were computer problems which presented difficulty checking in...even having a reservation. The agent on duty that day had to then re-enter the reservation and go through the tedious undertaking of recovering information which was not readily available. My commendation is on his patient determination to complete the tasks expediently, so that I could make my 700mi trip with ease. He even checked for and issued a better rate than the original. Thanks Enterprise Fort Smith, AR, for the pleasant service there making my Fort Smith experience a good one.

He clarified that yes I could use my debit as payment because I had a flight itinerary. He was able to secure my reservation for the same price upgraded my car for the inconvenience & I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. This is what customer service is! He was kind understanding and helpful and resolved the issue. He explained that customers aren’t able to contact the airport facility that we get a call center and that’s where things went left. Note to Enterprise allow customers call the facility and dump the call center so issues like this can be avoided. I would now totally recommend Enterprise FSM Airport location because of Nate & his incredible customer service. Great job Nate!!! Unhappy customer I called to get assistance with early check in & was told sorry I can’t use my debit even if it was ran as a CC for payment they don’t do that. I’ve never used Enterprise I’ve always gone with Hertz or Avis & now I know why will not waste my time with Enterprise again & do not recommend
