It was the insanely rude manager Nina who blew not only my mind but the other customers in the store bc we literally spoke about it outside!!( other customer thought she was joking bc she was so rude to me) I came in with $100 bill and she went off about NOT TAKING $100s. Said tell them to go to Walmart bc we are not a bank! Next time I will take my 100 to O'Reillys. Just unprofessional and unnecessary. I won't be back and I hope upper management takes a look and discusses the proper way to treat paying customers

- RBRob BDec 20, 20225.0I went by to buy some windshield wipers for my Mom’s car (2011 GMC Terrain). Carlos was my salesman and asked me if he could put them on for me (me being a dude, I told him no) he said “these are different and kind of a pain to put on”. Not being familiar with this style, I agreed to let him install them. Let’s just say, I was glad I let him do it. After watching him install them I realized I would have needed to pray for forgiveness for the things I would have said. Carlos probably prevented a stroke.
