    The staff was nice but the wash was rough on my car. It barely dried my car at all. I had to dry the whole car by hand.

    If I could give no stars I would...needed my truck cleaned and going through the wash my truck was still not clean the machines and scrubbers don't even seem to do the right job then on top of that employees just seem to hate their job when anybody can drive down the road to club car wash and get a better experience on top of what they came there for. Vacuum cleaners wasn't even working and for the ones that were didn't have enough pressure so yea I will never spend my time or money at this car wash just go down the street and thank me later...fort smith rebuild something else here
