    Salesman lied when we checked in the vehicle. They told us full $300 deposit was being refunded when in reality we did not get the full deposit back.

    My husband and I have rented from Enterprise in Fayetteville, Ar off College Ave several times and up until this last time have always had a good positive experience. When we returned our rental this time we attempted to top off the gas but the gas kept spewing out of the tank/nozzle and would not let us completely fill it up. We informed the gentleman we.retirned the car to and also told him about an issue with the steering. He made note and told us not to worry he would make sure we got our full deposit refunded. Well we didn't get it all back. They penalized us for the 1 bar of gas we were unable to put in the car. Granted it wasn't a huge amount but its the principle of the thing. We feel lied to and that will play a part in IF we rent from them again.

    The people at Enterprise are fantastic! They helped me through a difficult time when I had an accident. I had a rental car for over a month. But the greatest thing about their company is the people. They cared about how I was getting along, I needed to switch out a car and they had no problem with that. They always greeted me with a smile, and it really helped in my situation. Super courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

    I rented a car from enterprise while my car was in the shop. I received a 2026 Kia K5 that was in perfect condition & really enjoyed driving it. The staff alone is what makes this place great. Everyone was very friendly & went above & beyond in giving great customer service. They even provided a driver to & from the auto body shop so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Their drivers were very professional & friendly. I would highly recommend renting from Enterprise, Fayetteville the next time you’re in need of a rental.

    If I can ever help it, I won’t use enterprise ever again. This is the 2nd time recently I’ve had to use them and both times were terrible customer service. It doesn’t matter what time you have a reservation for, the car is never ready and had to wait an additional 30 minutes before I could get on the road. They lied several times about finishing up getting car ready, then later came around and said they didn’t have a car that I reserved so wanted to downgrade me to a lower model but not change my reservation price. Also, they have a weird system where if you have an out of state license you’re forced to pay with a credit card, no debit card or cash allowed. So if you try to be financially responsible and avoid credit cards you’re just out of luck. Both times the people were rude, lied and then messed up my agreement. They didn’t review my agreement with me before leaving so when I finally got the email of my reservation I noticed the drop off location was incorrect. When I called to find that, the store auto routed me to a call center with a foreign customer service and I couldn’t understand them at all. I think I got the new location entered correctly, but her system wouldn’t allow her to send me a confirmation and that would have to come from the store. So we’ll see if any of that actually got fixed.
