Of all that I've written that were negative, this will be my third negative review out of a few hundred that I've written. It's the last Sunday of September I sat in their guest seating area of the store. I Had a beverage and a hot dog. No drink prices indicated anywhere on the wall nearest the fountain drink machine so I had ask. When I got up to leave, I refilled my sweet tea and got chaised to the door demanding that I pay for my refill which I was happy to do. I made an assumption that refills were free. Shame on me. But the snarkiness of the male employee did not foster a desire for me to ever return here or Any kum and Go. I was really embarrassed and humiliated by the whole incident. And quite frankly, if you're proud of your beverage prices and your refill policies, why don't you display them proudly to avoid future misunderstandings. Not a kum and Go fan.
