Customer support is either fine or unhelpful, test your luck when you call them. Device is not complicated to use, but it is rather large and bulky. Reviews are largely bought to make appearance of company more reputable, so I'd recommend looking at getting interlock with whoever is cheapest. If this review is also possibly connected to service center, they are overall good. Only one complaint, although this will be the same for any service center, the price charged for 5 mins of work for calibration is impressive; the sum of expenses for installation and removal of device for 15 mins of work is vastly impressively more.
