I reserved a specific car at the Springdale Enterprise on Sunset, walked 2 miles in the heat to get it, and when I arrived they had nothing—just offered me a minivan and refused to give me a ride home (even though their site says “we’ll pick you up”). I had to walk all the way back, lost a full day of a work trip, and finally rented from the Fayetteville location the next day. Weeks later, I was billed for over $6,000 in “hail damage” that supposedly happened during my rental, even though the car was returned early, clean, and undamaged—with witnesses. Enterprise later sent photos from an off-site inspection done days after return and now has a collection agency chasing me for a $500 “deductible.” Take timestamped photos and videos if you ever rent here—or better yet, rent elsewhere.

Yesterday, I left there with an “intermediate SUV” (supposedly a Nissan Rogue or equal) being a compact Hyundai Kona. I rent a mid sized SUV because of my back issues and length of travel. So let’s start with this deposits being $300 in lieu of the $200 I paid just two weeks ago. Then let’s talk about the filthy conditions of the car. The previous renter must have really messed it up as there were NO MATS in the car and stains all over the back seat. Next, there was an oil change warning and a traction control warning light that came on once I got a few miles into my drive. I called and reported both issues and the lady could have cared less. I am NOT impressed with this rental experience and WILL be using another company going forward. Highly disappointed!
