  If i could rate this 0 stars I would. Made a reservation online. The reservation defaulted for noon, however they close at noon. Now I can't get the car I needed today. There were employees there helping other people both inside and outside the office. How in the year of our lord 2026 does their system allow reservations outside business hours? They told me to come back tomorrow. But I will never rent from Enterprise ever again

  HONEST - Our experience was fantastic. When we arrived, we were given an upgrade vehicle for the same price since they didn't have a midsized SUV at the time. That was a pleasant surprise & made our road trip more comfortable. We turned it in and got a call the next day from Kiley, our son had left his wallet behind. When I went by to pick it up, everything was in there including nearly $200 cash he had. I thanked them before walking out, for being so honest. Can't say enough about this group of young people running this place. We rent here quite often & will continue to do so. This location actually has the best selection of vehicles compared to their other lots nearby. Thank you again!!

  This review is specifically for the young lady behind the counter on Saturday 2/7. Simply, She was rude and needs to be fired! I have already spoken to corporate! Yes, there is way more to the story! Rude was just at the top of the list!

  I travel a lot for work and I've utilized this company every time! They are quick. They communicate well with me and if something comes up they do all they can to ensure I have a vehicle when I need it. They are friendly and professional. They even take the time to pull the car closer and start preheating it when it's cold outside.

  Attendant cared more about keeping a new car at his store than he valued my time. Wont be going to Fayetteville enterprise again anytime soon
