  Attendant cared more about keeping a new car at his store than he valued my time. Wont be going to Fayetteville enterprise again anytime soon

  College Ave, Fayetteville, AR location is excellent! Great service, friendly staff, always has our car ready, great to work with for extensions on rental term. Definitely recommend for non-airport rentals!

  I’ve been renting cars from Enterprise for over 15 years, and this was by far my worst experience. Unfortunately, this particular branch does not seem to value its customers. The car I was given had a very unpleasant smell, it took about an hour and a half just to receive the vehicle, and the staff was rude throughout the process. This experience was very disappointing compared to the level of service I’ve come to expect from Enterprise.

  Reply to reply: I have contacted Enterprise 3 times with no call back in 5 days, it won't help now unfortunately. Original post: DO NOT rent from this place. Use any other rental company out there, I promise you will thank all of us honest reviewers. So the City of Fayetteville hit our car and they reserved us a car with this location while our car was worked on. We picked it up on 11/13, returned it on 11/26. I did pay the deposit fee but was assured the insurance for the city would handle the rest and their systems were connected. Parker at this location called me twice regarding the last 6 days being unpaid by insurance. I called the insurance and assured him they were handling it. 3 days later they ran my card (which was only legally on file for the deposit) for the additional 6 days. I called the store and Kylee Kimmons the manager informed me she COULD unlock the system, refund my money and wait for insurance. BUT she WOULD NOT do this and she would email me an invoice to get reimbursed from the insurance. Corporate is a joke as well, good luck there, 3 calls in and nothing now. When i talked to the AR Municipal Insurance they assured me they personally would never use Enterprise due to their experience with them in their job capacity and they aren't surprised this happened and they have horrible customer service on their side too. Sounds like companies need to get in line with another company.

  I had an excellent experience with Benjamin (future manager) and his manager!! They were truly exceptional. I rented a Dodge Durango and encountered a few issues, but they went above and beyond to address everything quickly and professionally. They made sure I was well taken care of throughout the process and ensured my rental experience remained smooth and stress free. If you ever need to rent a vehicle, I highly recommend choosing their team. Their commitment to customer service genuinely stands out.
