First, when our BMW X5 was backed into, they handled the entire repair process very professionally. From initial estimate, working with the insurance company, and keeping us informed on the repair timeline, to final repairs and pickup, their staff was wonderful to work with. The repairs were done with precision and matched the existing paint, trim, and aftermarket work perfectly. Recently when our BMW X6 rear lift gate stopped working after a new battery was installed at another shop, we trusted Gerber Collision & Glass to diagnose and reprogram the lift gate. They had it working again in no time. We appreciate their qualified technicians and hard-working office staff. I highly recommend.
