  I stopped by our local Enterprise during one of their busiest times of the year, and I am truly glad that I did. There was only one employee working, yet he handled everything with impressive organization, patience, and professionalism. Even when a group of customers became upset, he kept his temper, stayed calm, and resolved the situation in a respectful and effective way. This was my first time ever renting a car, and he made the whole experience smooth and stress free. I would definitely rent from this location again. You could tell everyone else in the room felt the same way. His hard work, patience, and friendly manner made a big difference for all of us. Outstanding service from a young man who truly cared about doing his job well. Highly recommended.

  I called this store by accident because I had a car rental set up in Wichita Kansas. I'm in El Dorado Kansas right now. And when I talk to one of your employees at this Arkansas store. He told me the car rental was set up an elder radio Arkansas. I gave him the confirmation number. How can you mess that up? How can you get this wrong when you're given a confirmation number? I don't understand this. The employment employee got me all worked up thinking that the car rental was set up in Eldorado Arkansas, so I spent the next 2 hours trying to get ahold of somebody to change it. When in fact, it was already set up in the correct location. I think the employees need better training over there. This isn't that hard people. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to find the correct location with a confirmation number. Let's do better than this.

  I was in town to visit my mother for the week. The entire process of the car rental process is seamless at this location. I’m a repeat customer. The staff goes above and beyond to make everything easy on the renter. I’ve used many rental car companies and this location is probably the best run I’ve seen. CJ is an asset to this company.
