  I called this store by accident because I had a car rental set up in Wichita Kansas. I'm in El Dorado Kansas right now. And when I talk to one of your employees at this Arkansas store. He told me the car rental was set up an elder radio Arkansas. I gave him the confirmation number. How can you mess that up? How can you get this wrong when you're given a confirmation number? I don't understand this. The employment employee got me all worked up thinking that the car rental was set up in Eldorado Arkansas, so I spent the next 2 hours trying to get ahold of somebody to change it. When in fact, it was already set up in the correct location. I think the employees need better training over there. This isn't that hard people. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to find the correct location with a confirmation number. Let's do better than this.

  I was in town to visit my mother for the week. The entire process of the car rental process is seamless at this location. I’m a repeat customer. The staff goes above and beyond to make everything easy on the renter. I’ve used many rental car companies and this location is probably the best run I’ve seen. CJ is an asset to this company.

  Great experience coming here! CJ was very professional and helpful answering all of my questions and concerns. When I need to rent another vehicle, I will definitely be back! Good job to the entire staff!

  Had a reservation and I received a call 20 minutes before it was time to pick the rental up, saying that they don't have a vehicle available because they to give mines away because two vehicles were returned due to maintenance. I was told I would get a call when they had one available. several hours went past. still had not heard from anyone, I called and spoke with someone to see if a vehicle was available because now its about 5pm, and still no availability. So I asked if they could reach out to Little Rock airport to see if that location had availability because i had a family emergency, and that's why it was very imperative that I got the vehicle today. They said they would and would get back to me, never did. Finally I reached out to them, myself in Little rock. I asked what the price difference would be, i asked was the deposit more, I asked did I need a major credit card. Rates was $150 more as well as the deposit. I also used points for one rental cost. It took me an hour to get 1st reservation cancelled because it wouldn't let me cancel it, I had to speak with someone. I get to the airport at 11pm, only to get told that I can NOT get the rental because I needed a major credit card after I had already spoken with a representative that told me different. Now here it is almost a month later and I still have not been contacted from the company about being treated like this. They have also took my loyalty points away that I made the reservation with either. I have been with this company for a while, I am a platinum member and I understand that things happen, however an email back, or maybe a phone call showing that at least time was taken to figure out what can be done. Nothing has been done.
