If you have a shit box of a car or just don't care about the paint, then it's a good place to go. I, however, read a review a couple of months ago about how it caused deep scratches in someone's brand-new truck, and I wasn't sure if it was just an isolated incident or not. I've been through this wash facility about eight times or so now, and I've just come to the conclusion that I have the same issue. Every time I took my Explorer through, I would find a deep scratch that I would have to cover up with 'Dupli-Color' to seal it so it doesn't rust and peel the rest off (this is an actual deep scratch that doesn't buff out with water or buffing it). I've found scratches ranging from about 1" long to my largest one, which is about 10" long, on my rear passenger door and (after re-looking at the car) the most damage to my passenger front scratching my pushbar, my bumper, and my headlight. I always find at least six of them at a time after I go through. (Edit: Honestly, McBee’s is the best one I’ve been through but the downside is it’s in Greenbriar)

They clean cars pretty well, but my daughter took her 2 month old brand new car through (Buick Envista) and the car wash ripped a panel off and they claimed it was because there was too much of a gap. It was right out of factory so I doubt it. They refused to fix it. It was only $100 to fix, but I was very disappointed in their lack of customer service and fixing what they broke.

I bought a one month membership back in December. I was doing a lot of driving on dirt roads during deer season and didn’t want to take the time to hand wash my 1 year old truck after each trip like I normally would do. The 1st visit I had an unusually heavy amount of sandy mud on my running boards but was assured by the attendant the car wash had a mud remover that would spray the mud off before proceeding further. Well , the mud remover wasn’t working and when I drove in the brushes picked up the sandy mud and proceeded to scratch its way down the entire length of my truck. I stopped at the exit to reinstall my radio antennae & immediately noticed the scratches. I should have gone back immediately to inform the attendant but due to being in a rush I did not. I went back approx 2 weeks later because it was too cold to hand wash and once again the mud remover was not working and once again scratches in the clear coat on both sides of the truck. I was once again in a rush and didn’t tell the attendant. The next week I hand washed the truck to remove road salt and because it was a bright sunny day I saw just how bad the scratches were. Later I drove the truck to Tommy’s in Conway and showed the team lead the damage. He opened a claim & advised I would need to bring it back the next day to show the manager Shane. The next day I showed manager Shane the damage. It was an overcast day so the damage did not show up as readily and Shane basically told me there was no way their car wash did the damage. I then told Shane I know without a doubt it happened on my visits to Tommy’s (I was not asking IF it happened at Tommy’s, I was advising that it DID happen at Tommy’s) and Shane advised they would not take responsibility. I took the truck to a detailer and was advised it would need a 1 step paint (or clearcoat) correction at a cost of $800. I have learned a hard & frustrating lesson so be advised if your vehicle gets damaged at Tommy’s Express in Conway you may have to pay for the damage yourself!! It seemed like a good price to pay for 1 month of unlimited washes but I’m paying a huge price now. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST!
