  My go to for a car wash. They’re super quick and the staff is incredibly helpful always. Lawren and Sophia? (I think that’s their names) always talk with me and help me with everything I need. Great service as always!!

  I’m very unhappy with take 5 car wash it has been broken not open when I go and on top of that y’all just decided to steal 6 a month out of my account without asking me I’m seriously considering turning you in to the attorney general

  I have lived in Conway for 4 years and have used several different car washes my first year. Once I discovered take 5 in 2023 I was impressed by the high level of customer service, integrity, the employees, and cleanliness and order of the car washes grounds. HOWEVER, in the last 3 months the Conway location has done a complete 180° turn. There has been a couple of dozen staff turnover. The majority of the staff are unfriendly and if you ask a question, you are treated like you are bothering them. The cleaner and the cleaning cloths are a nice entity however lately the interior cleaner is watered down drastically at the Conway location and I know this from visiting the Russellville and Little Rock locations. Fortunately, an employee by the name of Brian at the Conway location seems to always be hardworking and helpful. PLEASE Management, put some emphasis and focus on this location. Thank you.

  I bought a truck yesterday. After church, I decided to take it through the take five car wash on the way home. I have pictures from the lot where I picked it up and I have pictures of the area after church on the truck just before I left to go to the car wash. There was no damage. The Passenger side of my truck over the rear wheel was damaged so badly that it was down to the plastic on the wheel well trim. In an area about 12 x 24 was scratched past the clear coat to the paint. I talked with an attendant and as helpful as she was, I just got a sense that it would be a waste of my time; that nothing would be done. Buyer beware. UPDATE - estimated repairs are $750.
