Can’t check out with her without a snide remark or glare. I understand not liking customer service, but if you are going to work front, at least be pleasant.

I’m here almost every day, every worker is always nice and very welcoming, not to mention it’s probably the cleanest gas station in Conway. If you’re going to whine about not understanding how to use a gas pump, you need to give yourself a 1 star review , not the gas station.

Shortly after, white customers entered and were greeted with smiles, “hello,” and “Merry Christmas.” The difference in treatment was very noticeable and made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. This experience felt discriminatory and unprofessional, and it should be addressed.
