  To the mechanic and the workers,that worked on my vehicle to change my spark plugs and I brought my own spark plugs and to not even change my spark plugs, to the spark plugs that I brought. You did not change my spark plugs I just had my spark plugs checked and and you charged me $300 for a spark plug, that you did not change, so I will not go back to that jiffy lube on Hogan. For you to steal spark plugs and then say you did the work but you didn't do the work and then charge steal money from from a customer and think it wasn't going to fall back on you. I asked the Lord to send his wrath on all the ones that was involved in this situation, may you feel the wrath of God.Thank you!!!!!!!!! That is disgusting🤮

  I don't understand why on the receipt they show they vacuum when they don't, checked tire pressure, which the never do, that i decline exterior windows wash which I've never been asked.. then I wonder how many other things do you say you checked and don't? Isn't that a form of false reporting on company documents? I'm going to places that perform the duties they say they are doing.

  I got my first oil change after buying a vehicle from the car dealership. My oil filter wasn't secure and all my oil ran out. Nearly blew my engine. I took it to Jiffy Lube, and they did above and beyond of what I asked them to help me with. Thanks, Hannah and the crew for a great experience!
