- LHLaura Lynn HammettMar 28, 20231.0Be aware. If they tell you the payment machine outside is not working and ask you to go into the office, they just might be signing you up for auto-renewal. That's what they did to me. $35 per month. But when my second month started, the gate would not open for me and I was not authorized to use the service, so I figured my membership expired and never went back. Now Zips is making me go to my credit card company and court, instead of refunding me for the service they said I didn't pay for.
