A simple fix would be a one-way gate or arm that requires vehicles to go through the wash tunnel first before accessing the vacuums. This would ensure the vacuums are primarily available for those who pay. Many loyal customers are frustrated and would greatly appreciate this change. Thank you for considering this suggestion!

The absolute worst are their vacuum cleaners. It is now not uncommon to find one with adequate suction only after getting back into my car and moving up to three times. They don’t even bother putting up out order signs. The quality of their car washes has also declined.
