I entered the gas station and politely said hello, but the employees did not respond to me at all. Their demeanor toward me was cold and unwelcoming. Shortly after, white customers entered and were greeted with smiles, “hello,” and “Merry Christmas.” The difference in treatment was very noticeable and made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. This experience felt discriminatory and unprofessional, and it should be addressed.

I went to prepay for my pump inside. I go back outside and my pump didn’t work. I go inside and ask nicely if she can restart it or reset something so my pump will work she said in a rude manner did u not use the code? I said there was no code. She said it’s on the receipt very rude like. I’ve never been to a gas station where you had a code after u prepaid so I was very confused. She got very upset with me and made it seem like I’m the problem but I would feel as if they should hand u the receipt and tell u there is a code to use on it. I was very upset and she made me prepay again and said the money might or might not go back on your card. This really upset me and I am very disappointed with the service here. I have yet to receive my money from the pump.

just want to share with everybody that the Maverick on 2050 dave Ward drive is one of the best Mavericks I've been to thanks to Bree,Morgan,cornecia their customer service and professionalism is off the chain if you tired of dealing with other gas station where the employees are mean and rude man just check out Maverick on Dave ward
