- TRTommy Robertson6 days ago1.0This place is very shady! I pulled in to get an old change and the representative quoted me prices on the oil change in my air filter. When it came time to pay they they wanted me to pay before I seen an itemized list and price of the bill... Which I found to be really odd and told them that I wasn't going to pay unless I seen what I was charged first. When I got to looking at the bill they were trying to charge me $20 more for the air filter then what they quoted me and they were trying to charge me $40 more for the oil change than what they quoted me.. I simply told them that I wasn't going to pay those prices because that's not what you told me they were going to be they gave me this story about how they could give me a discount. Well why didn't you give me that to start with if that's the price you quoted? Found it to be really sketchy that they wouldn't show you the bill before you paid and they were trying to charge me more than what they said they were.

The battery tie down bracket was missing and I had to disconnect the battery to reset all settings to clear the alerts. Simple fix for some, but does not meet exepectations for a paying customer. Very dissapointed.
