Oily finger prints on both doors and hood (my car is white), oily mess on my leather passenger seat, passenger seat was reclined way back and head rest moved up (like someone was taking a joy ride), moved my steering wheel, went through all my features in my car system. I just find it unprofessional. They were nice, but left my car a mess. If you change settings, at least try to put it back. I won’t be revisiting this location.
