(Which has never happened prior to this) We took her car back there Saturday morning & explained the situation & our concerns were dismissed & not even considered. They basically told us that this issue was here prior to being serviced…that was proven to be a lie!! How could a $80 oil change turn into a $1200 mechanic bill at another shop. This was an inconvenience & soo very inconsiderate for an elderly lady! I wouldn’t recommend a dog to go there for a bath. I’m soo disappointed & hurt!

Oily finger prints on both doors and hood (my car is white), oily mess on my leather passenger seat, passenger seat was reclined way back and head rest moved up (like someone was taking a joy ride), moved my steering wheel, went through all my features in my car system. I just find it unprofessional. They were nice, but left my car a mess. If you change settings, at least try to put it back. I won’t be revisiting this location.
