I made a reservation over the phone 1 day prior to pick up. Appointment to pick up was 11am. I was dropped off by a freind. I checked in and then I sat there until 12:30pm before finally asking where my car is, and they said they were waiting on someone to hopefully bring one back later that evening. They were just going to let me sit there for 6+ hours and not say a word.
There were 3 other people in the lobby waiting as well, one had made a reservation a month in advance.

I’m not even sure it’s possible to operate a business worse than the way Enterprise Conway location operates. Somehow, even with reservations WEEKS in advance they still do not have my vehicle ready and waiting. No one knows why. No one knows when it’ll be here. No one knows anything. Today there are no less than 10 people waiting on their reservations that aren’t there. Angry customers, clueless staff, and an unapologetic corporate office…. Too bad this place has the monopoly on the Conway area auto rental business. I have to believe that’s THE ONLY reason they stay open.

I’ve never had a problem at this location before today. Reservation was for 8:30am. Husband was there to pick up vehicle on time. He had to wait almost a hour to even be checked in and then was told he couldn’t use a debit card, without 2 other bills showing his address. He doesn’t have a credit card and they wouldn’t allow me to pay over the phone with credit card. So I drove to the office. I waited over an hour just to be checked in. Then waited another hour and half to pick up the vehicle. It was also not the vehicle I’d reserved. It was smaller. 3 hours to pick up a vehicle with a reservation is absurd! I understand being short staffed. The employees were doing the best they could. However, Enterprise corporate should limit reservations when they don’t have the staff to support it. On top of that, 2 detail employees were pulled out of their work to do training on the computer when there were 14 people waiting in the lobby to pick up vehicles! They did give me a 5% discount for having to wait that long.

My experience at the Conway, AR location was exceptional. Friendly without going over the top and sincere. Vehicle was exceptional too. Communication was on point, not too much and not too little. I'll be back.
