Granted they appeared to be busy, but the responsiveness went out the window as soon as the increase in customers occurred. The worst part may just be the phone calls themselves. My wife left an item in the car accidently and was wanting to retrieve it; but the individual she talked on the phone was very apathetic on the matter. She did not feel valued as a customer and that's not the lasting impression you want to leave on your customers. We will likely have to go with another rental company next time around to limit the interactions of poor customer service. Thoughts for future interactions.

I didn’t hit anything. Nobody hit me. The car simply fell apart. It’s like nobody bothered to tighten the lug nuts on the left front driver’s wheel. And now they’re trying to come after me for damages.
