- SSSean SalamaOct 28, 20251.0Do not use this company my we had our transmission rebuilt on our 2017 Tahoe in 2023 not even a year later it started slipping and over heating took it up their and he is refusing to honor the warranty he stated bc I am young and lool like someone who would go off roading I have never taken this vehicle off roading. He said the fluid looked burnt. Straight line transmission looked at it and said the fluid is just fine but it needs to be rebuilt again

Pricing was competitive, explanation of what to expect was clear, all questions answered (I suspect they kindly tolerated my lack of knowledge), and they completed all work on time. Warranty was much better than offered by competitors. Plus they did additional work to beef up performance ( not sure that works on all vehicles. I have 4 wheel drive 1/2 ton). Temperature readings are cooler than ever seen. So if you need tran work, I would highly recommend talking to Tim, or whoever is available.
