  I wish I could put 0 stars. I have done business with AutoZone my entire life and rarely had any issues, definitely not like I did at the Centerton autozone tonight. I purchased oil and a filter for my car yesterday so I could change the oil today. While under the car I realized the oil filter wasn’t fitting… I checked the model number against the one I had just taken off my car and it was the wrong filter the autozone employee had given me. People make mistakes, I understand that. I rode my bicycle 4 miles to the autozone to get the correct filter, since my car was now drained of oil and on jack stands. He told me they did not have the filter I needed but they had a performance one that was 3x the price. I said since that’s what I have to do, I would pay it. He asked for the receipt on the oil filter and I said I was never given one. He would not refund me the price of the one that the autozone employee INCORRECTLY gave me. He just kept saying his computer wouldn’t do that… the customer service was absolutely terrible and not helpful at all. There was no fault of the employee at autozone taken into account. I rode my bike the 4 miles back to my house and plan to pick up a filter at O’Reillys in the morning.

  It wasn't Autozone, but the church next to it. It was for trunk or treating this year. The kids had fun and that made me happy.
