  My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Cabot, AR was completely unacceptable and needs immediate attention from management. I reserved a vehicle three weeks in advance, confirmed it the day before through the app, and arrived early for my 6:00 PM pickup. Instead of receiving the vehicle I had reserved, I was met by an employee who couldn’t be bothered to get off his phone or even stand up to assist me. I was then told they “tried to call,” but they had entered my number incorrectly—despite my correct number being on file and in the app. That failure is entirely on this location, yet I was the one left without a vehicle. What’s worse is the complete lack of effort to resolve the issue. No alternatives, no solutions, no accountability—just “we don’t have anything” and essentially sending me on my way. That level of service is unacceptable for a company that requires reservations and confirmations. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—this directly impacted travel plans and put me in a difficult situation late in the day with no time to make other arrangements. I contacted corporate, and while they attempted to help, the damage was already done. I was told this would be escalated to a district manager, but I have yet to see any follow-up or resolution.

  I’ve had consistently great experiences with Enterprise Car Rental. Everything always goes smoothly, and this time was no exception. Harden provided excellent customer service and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the professionalism and reliability—I’ll definitely continue renting from them.

  Id never use this place again. My husband and I Made reservations week in advance. Show up they say I was about to call and tell you we have no cars. Environment is like a frat house. Chaotic and unprofessional. Their hours say they stay open until 6. They're always close by 430. Waste of time and energy. Why operate if you have literally zero cars to offer and why take reservations with no rides. It's a joke

  They were very busy but still worked quickly and were super friendly! Was in and out rather quickly for both pickup and dropoff

  Had an awful experience 😡 stopped in the location around 130 on the 4th of March , there was a customer in the lobby that told me when I walked in they are all out back cleaning cars, proceeded to walk to the back as no one looked or attempted to help me. Asked if I could talk to someone about renting a car his shoulders visibly dropped and I said for the 10th of March he then stated I could reserve it online and I should be good, I told him I had a couple more questions as it was a rental because of my car going in shop on a insurance claim. He rolled his eyes , reluctantly went to the computer because he thought I had a reservation number I explained that my insurance gave me the money to rent the car no number, he then reiterated that I could reserve it online. I went home reserved the car for 10 days. Got the confirmation, with reservation number , two days before the schedule pick up date, got the email stating I could fill out paperwork so I could skip that on the day of the rental put my card on file, got for another conformation email from all that. On the day of 10th when I was scheduled to pick the car up at 9am , I called at 8 am to make sure everything was in order as I would be leaving work to pick my husband up from the collision center to go pick up the car and when they answered the phone I explained I was wanting confirmation it was ready and such. He then lies and said yes we called you this morning to let you know we don’t have a car. I asked if he was serious and couldn’t he call other enterprises to get one and why would it let me reserve it and you wait till the last minute to tell someone? He was very unhelpful, I even asked if he could get something in the next few days again unhelpful not apologetic or anything. Told me I could call the other stores and see if they had anything, which I would assume would have been the least he could do. I hope I never need to rent a car again and if I do I will never use this location and probably this company. I did call corporate and they are attempting to try and fix but no resolution yet. O out of 10 definitely would not recommend.
