    I had to rent a car here because of an insurance claim, and I was told that the insurance company would be paying for everything. When I arrived, they only had a vehicle that cost more than what the insurance would cover, so I had to return it and get a different one. I also added all the extra coverage they offered because I thought insurance was paying for it. When I realized the insurance wouldn’t cover that part, I told the staff, and one of the employees said it was fine — that they could take it off for me. He even went in the back and got on the computer like he was removing it. Later, when they called me about returning the car, another employee said the coverage was still on the rental. I told him it was supposed to be removed, and he said the other guy “must not have done it right.” When I turned the car back in, they said they couldn’t take it off at all. In the end, I ended up paying $417 and only got back $278. I thought I wasn’t going to have to pay anything since insurance was supposed to cover it. This whole situation was confusing and not handled well at all. I wouldn’t recommend this location because of the poor communication and lack of honesty.

    Staff was friendly, car was ready to rent but had only 1/4 tank of gas, something about gas cards being lost or thrown away. Front entrance and parking lot looked like a landfill, and lobby/work area looked like a frat house.

    I had specifically asked how toll charges work. The customer service rep, told me I would get the bill and there would not be a service charge He was 100% wrong, Enterprise paid the tolls (no big deal there), but charged a service charged. I called the office where I rented from and was told to call customer service. Customer service could not have cared less about this issue. I will avoid Enterprise as much as possible.

    ****RENTER BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING**** A friend rented a car for while their vehicle was in the shop. No only was the car NOT ready when they said it would be but they ended up overcharging her by almost $56. She has now contacted them 3 times about it and no one will call her back. It's obvious at this point that they don't care and are hoping she just goes away and forgets about the money. Soon, someone with Enterprise will reach out and ask that she contact them via a link but that does no good since that is what she has been doing and they keep ignoring her requests for someone to call. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
