- HSHeidi SmithMar 25, 20261.0My husband was in this afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation and had a bad experience. Apparently when taking the rear passenger off, a lug nut stripped and broke off. They offered to replace it for $45. They said since it broke off taking the tire OFF, it was not their fault. They also couldn't get 1 lug nut on for the front passenger tire. We put it on, no problem, at home with the tire iron in the Jeep. No fancy tools. We put all new tires on less than 6 months ago without issue, but somehow Jiffy Lube managed to struggle with 2 lug nuts, breaking one.
- MSMya ShawnaJan 18, 20262.0There used to be a girl that helped us vaccum out our cars, she sprayed my car down before even entering the wash, I stopped going because without that extra good treatment it's just not a reasonable place to be washing your car. They do a pretty decent job working on your car and if it's a free wash it's worth it, but it is so not worth it to pay. It doesn't get your car clean most of the time it just leaves stains but my oil was changed pretty fast so I don't have a big problem with how my car was worked on. I just think they should have employees that care more because I don't see her anymore, so I don't even take the free wash anymore most of the time because it makes it more dirty than it was before. Without someone cleaning the stuff in the washing area it's just spraying dirt water on your car and piling soap onto it, I fear without good decent employees keeping that stuff clean it's only going to keep going down hill because as of now I'm choosing splash over this place
