  There used to be a girl that helped us vaccum out our cars, she sprayed my car down before even entering the wash, I stopped going because without that extra good treatment it's just not a reasonable place to be washing your car. They do a pretty decent job working on your car and if it's a free wash it's worth it, but it is so not worth it to pay. It doesn't get your car clean most of the time it just leaves stains but my oil was changed pretty fast so I don't have a big problem with how my car was worked on. I just think they should have employees that care more because I don't see her anymore, so I don't even take the free wash anymore most of the time because it makes it more dirty than it was before. Without someone cleaning the stuff in the washing area it's just spraying dirt water on your car and piling soap onto it, I fear without good decent employees keeping that stuff clean it's only going to keep going down hill because as of now I'm choosing splash over this place

  The vaccums aren't cleaned regularly and people with bed bugs use those things. neither is the spot underneath the car wash it's literally oozing mud and mold onto your tires, there is mold all over the roof and the entire equipment room is a hazard. They lie about which washes they charge you for, they will make you pay over 14$ for a wash when people who pay 7$ get the exact same thing. People do not know what they're doing at that car wash. They bought new vaccums and the still don't work. They make peoples cars infested with bed bugs. The car wash employees are LAZY I could be sitting out there for almost 30 minutes before the employee comes out to help, and the entire tunnel stinks, and always has trash in it. This has to be the worst car wash on the entire block. Just go to take 5 or splash it's cheaper and they actually take care of what they're doing. I've had my door BROKEN by the jiffy lube employees, they don't know what they're doing at all because they weren't even able to fix the door that THEY BROKE and they refused to give me a refund when I could them standing there on their phones. The car wash employees are hiding in the office probably getting on their phones too. Absolutely appalling behavior. I'm warning every single person I come across. They refuse to change a single thing, that car wash tunnel smells so gross, what are the employees in there doing? They don't even put rags out anymore there's always trash on the ground. This is not the place to get your car washed or even your oil changed because guess what?? You’ll be in there for HOURS waiting for them to just stand around most of the time. Wouldn't hand a single one of them my card EVER again

  Wonderful experience. We travel all over and have had many poor or mediocre crews work on our cars at Jiffy Lube. The crew at the Bryant Arkansas store was one of the best we ever had. Was extremely happy with their work and how they communicated with us during our oil change. Clean workers and very friendly and knowledgeable about our vehicle. Nobody tried to sell me anything we didn’t need. Highly recommend this location.
