- GFGarrett FirthNov 4, 20251.0Do not bring your car here. I got my spark plugs done at a different location then 30 minutes later after driving my car, my engine light came back on. So I used my code reader to figure out what was going on, and it was the O2 sensor, which is directly behind the spark plug, so I knew that something had gone wrong on my initial visit. Fast forward to a couple days later when I was able to bring my car into this shop. I brought the car in at four in the afternoon to drop it off, that way they would be able to work on it today. I called at 10 AM and they said they had started working on it and to call back at 3, so I called back at 3 PM and they said they were just now starting to work on it so I went in an hour later and they never even touched the car. The car had not even been moved since when I dropped it off. Never bringing any cars here again.
