- RRRichardSep 19, 20251.0My appointment was at twelve and it states if I were late I might have to reschedule and pay a $50 fee, I checked on my car a couple times by six so you called and text but no answer at this point. I go a seven to check on it and it had just been started on so that had my mother get back out at 8 to pick up. No appology but I did get a brand new pair of ear plugs and a dash that's now rattling at the smallest bit of turbulence. What's up with the ear plugs? I thought he was attaching a breathalyzer not audio. Then didn't wanna take my check and I had no idea they didn't but they wanted me to go meet them somewhere the next day and pay them. I haven't heard from them and am not tickled about paying for any of it. It was very inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional. Sorry for all the venting but i don't know.
