  I am a healthcare worker and commute to Berryville twice a week from Rogers. My car was showing a check engine light so I took it over to AutoZone for a code check. Luckily, the car started to not work completely when I was safely in the parking lot. The store manager Eric and some team members as well stepped in to help me out. They worked through multiple possible issues and even called in some outside help to figure it out. Luckily, the issue was simple (battery grounding) and I was able to get back home to Rogers without any issues. The manager even called me and followed behind on my way home in case I got stuck. Thank you to this team for getting me home safely and working above and beyond to do so. I feel comfortable going to them again if I need help.

  After a disappointing experience at the O’Reilly’s down the road—where the staff was rude and completely unhelpful—I stopped by AutoZone in Berryville, AR. Eric and Shawn (not sure on the spelling) absolutely saved the day and went far above and beyond what anyone could expect. My battery is buried in the most ridiculous spot—under the passenger seat—and they happily replaced it anyway. They were professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Because of these two employees and their incredible service, this AutoZone has earned all of my future business. Thank you both so much!
