The estimate was sent quickly to our insurance company. They got us in fast and on schedule. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with. There was one hiccup, when we arrived to pick up the truck we were told it could not be released for whatever reason. They stated they had called and left a message to inform me of the update. I showed them my phone that I had never received a message and they insisted they used the correct numer (even when I could show them that I was not notified. The funny thing about cell phones is they keep records of all calls, incoming and outgoing). In the end, the shop manager came in and was able to straighten everything out and we were able to take our truck. They even cleaned the truck inside and out. I hope to never have to use a body repair shop again, but if we do Westside Collision will be our first choice. We are pleased.

Once we write your estimate, it is approved and you authorize us to begin work, we will set up a time line and let you know when your vehicle will be ready. It may take a few days in order to deliver the best work. If you need to get back on the road before then, we will be happy to set up a rental car for you, and in many cases can communicate with your insurance company to handle the payment.
