  My only negative is the cars tend to be under powered, but I understand that is an industry thing, not just National. I would love to see more EVs and hybrids available, and ideally have them bookable rather than hope one is available when I land.

  Regular renter. Made a reservation on the National App for later that day. While I was in the air on my flight to XNA, National cancelled my reservation. At the counter the gentleman said “oh, well we usually book out a couple days”. 1) the app shouldn’t have accepted the reservation if they were “booked out”. It often shows the location out of cars. 2) even if it was some kind of error, sitting on the reservation most of the day, only to cancel it on me (and only notify me by email) is very poor. Disappointed.

  Great service was before opening i left my backpack in the car and asked for help they retrieved the key for my was able to get my item thanks so much national team

  How do I get ahold of anyone physically at this location?? The call center had no number to provide me with. I need to know that if my flight lands at 12:30 AM, that someone will still be at this desk for me to pick up my car.
