  I redeemed a coupon for a free wash and then utilized the vacuum and cloths to clean the glass and inside of my vehicle. Ira, an employee of Glide Xpress asked if he could wipe down the back. He proceeded to carefully wipe the entire back and front Of my vehicle, explaining that the car wash didn’t clean it as well as as it should have. I expressed my appreciation as I’ve never had someone do that at a car wash. It was great to see someone do their job really well and want to take care of customers!

  For the money, it’s a pretty good deal. Having air compressors put them ahead of local competition. Only issue with the Bentonville location; there is almost never degreaser or window cleaning spray bottles at the vacuum stations and the side scrubbers in the wash don’t seem to be calibrated right. They barely touch the sides of my truck and leaves some spots dirty I have to clean myself.

  Glide is my favorite car wash around! The ease of everything plus the air hoses are top notch! You can’t get that everywhere! I went through a competitor car wash with someone else and could not believe the difference! Highly recommend Glide!

  Amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to help me with my son! They sat with him and waited for me to get done with the washing the car because he was afraid to go through it. I am always extremely satisfied with the customer service at this location. Today though was different and so much appreciated! That was such a nice gesture, and I just wanted to point out and express my gratitude for you all going out of your way!

  I had the most wonderful experience here today at Glide Xpress! The customer service was the absolute BEST from the moment I pulled in and was greeted by such cheerful employees. I hate I didn’t get their names. Then, I was cleaning out my car and Ira came up and offered to help. He did an INCREDIBLE job washing and cleaning all of my mats, saving me so much time! I was so incredibly appreciative! You just don’t find this kind of customer service anymore! Thank you so much Ira and thank you Glide Exoress. I will most definitely be back!
