  This shop had great staff, but was not well managed. We waited around 2-3 weeks for an appointment, and then dropped our Audi off for an issue we had been having. They didn't get to the vehicle on the date of the appointment, then took two days to check out the vehicle. Then, after I approved all of the work, they ordered the parts and proceeded to take nearly a month to touch it again. We originally called on 2/9, our appointment was on 2/25, the vehicle was pulled in for diagnostics on 2/27, and finally they started working on the vehicle on 3/23. They waited roughly 3 weeks after the parts arrived before touching our car for the repairs. I didn't understand until I went in person - they only have one mechanic working. They had nearly fifty cars sitting out in the sun, getting covered by pollen, while one poor mechanic worked as fast as he could to take care of them. While he and the woman at the front desk were kind and appeared to be doing the best they could, the owner/management needs to take a good look at what is going on. We spent $1000 on rentals, and were not offered any compensation for the wait. In addition, they kept saying on the phone that the car would be ready soon, but I didn't get an honest answer until I went there in person. Until this shop figures out their own logistics, I would not recommend anyone goes there.

  Mike was great. Got me in for a pre-purchase inspection the same day. Took pictures and provided a detailed assessment with documentation at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

  A couple of weeks ago, my Audi A4’s dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I was bracing for a big bill and a long wait. EuroTek came through with fast diagnostics and great service! The receptionist and the tech were both very nice and customer-focused. Highly recommend!!!

  I have tried to contact these people for 3 months and out of numerous emails and calls/messages I got only one call back from the owner, Mike, that I couldn’t even pick up because I was in a meeting. After trying to call back 5 more times and emailing 3 time, I’m giving up. The people here have no concept of customer service or experience. They operate in their own world and constantly say they’re too busy to call back. If this is any indication before I even take my car to them, I can only imagine the countless headaches I would experience if they did work on my car.
