  My experience with Enterprise Car Rental was excellent. The staff was professional, efficient, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was pertinent to my rental contract. They also went above and beyond by offering additional options that helped me save money, which I really appreciated. The entire process was smooth and well organized—I was in my loaner vehicle in approximately 20 minutes. Great customer service and a hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a rental vehicle.

  The vehicle I reserved came with large clumps of mud behind the tires. The young man/rep stated he would run it through the carwash again. It was close to their 6pm closing time, 2 people waiting behind this vehicle to be picked up; had me feeling a bit rushed. The vehicle also was not filled with gas. Somewhere around 60-70 miles in gas so I had to fill up right away. I returned it with a half tank. Down the road I noticed the inside of the windshield was covered with spots. Possibly sprayed while cleaning dash (?). Otherwise, the rep checking the vehicle out and Andrew checking the vehicle in, were very polite and well-mannered. The process was done quick and efficiently. I've rented twice before from this location with good service and will return.

  If I could leave a zero star review I would. prince cooper met me at the counter and could not wait to tell me there are no cars available for me to rent despite the fact that I had already booked a Toyota Corolla online, pre paid, and had a confirmation number. He was immediately combative and explained he called me after I had made the reservation , however, I had no call or vm from prince. He explained cars are booked for Tuesday and I cannot have one even through I was booked for today (Sunday). He then got a bit hostile and aggressive towards my wife who at this point hadn’t said anything to him. We felt threatened and very unsafe and ended up leaving as he was becoming very agitated. He was projecting and refusing to find any possible alternative. We had explained we are from out of the area and requested help finding an alternate place to rent from he refused to help us and said he had no internet and no way to find and address to another rental car location of either his company or another. We had also explained our vehicle had broken down and we were desperate for a vehicle. I would avoid this place of business at all costs.

  All the previous rental from this location was mostly ok, but this time it went really bad . The car I rented had tire pressure indicated very low and looked like flat tire ,I went back inside and complained about it , they took it for checking and said it’s a sensor issue and nothing wrong with the tires. I drove home and with in 5 miles the tires went flat . When I called back they suggested the might get closed by the time I go back , they asked me to call roadside assistance or go to airport location. What a Joke !! I went to airport location and got a replacement car . Our trip was completely spoiled because of this carelessness. When I returned the car after trip , I saw I was charged a much higher rate than I booked and created a ticket with them. They called me back and said they will fix the price , then after few days I saw they posted a charge again to my card and did a refund . I called the location and raised a concern on this , the said they will check on the issue and get back . But haven’t heard back yet. Overall a nightmare experience on this rental !!

  This is a great location to rent from. The staff there is very friendly and professional. Shout out to the 2 UofA interns Jack and Grayson! They were extremely helpful and a joy to work with.
