    The Bentonville location could really use a remodel. The card reader doesn’t work, wash equipment worked on surface dirt but missed some spots. The vacuums were mediocre in their ability to pick up dirt and dog hair. For the price there are better options near by.

    Zips is a misnomer . The attendant could not get the gate to open and had to go into the office twice to put the code in . Once on the tracks it malfunctioned .

    I stopped by this morning and was greeted with a smile by Kyle he brought me an air freshener and asked if everything was working how it should then when I was trying to get my car to go through the auto car wash I was having trouble getting my car into neutral and he was very patient with me and didn’t get frustrated with me at all.
