Upon arriving for this trip all the bays were full, and everyone was busy, however, someone did come out after waiting for a few moments to direct me to the bay that would be opening up soon. Once in for the oil change everything went smoothly. I appreciate the suggested services without the high-pressure pitch. Keep up the good work everyone.

They did offer add ons such as a new air filter, wiper blades, and cabin filter, but they weren’t pushy about it like other oil change places. I will definitely be bringing both of our family vehicles there for all of our oil changes.

My battery (and vehicle) was less than a year old and still under warranty with Ford motor company. 2.) They gave me three bolts back from my skid plate, saying they wouldn’t fit because they had been stripped by the last time that the oil change was made, they also informed me that they could not use the bolts as they would not hold the plate - I did notice a slight stripping on the top two threads of each bolt. So- I drove three minutes down the street to the Ford dealership and they inspected the bolts and were able to easily put them back on and secure everything no problem. They also tested the battery and the battery was fine! My hair is gray, I am a female and my face has a few more wrinkles than it did 40 years ago, but that does not mean I am ‘vehicle stupid’. I certainly hope that was not the case but I sure did feel like I was being pressured. And as it turns out, you were $30 more expensive than I would’ve paid at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. So thank you very much and goodbye.
