The staff is usually really nice and bring up conversation and help with explaining what needs to be done. Been here at least a dozen times over the years and haven't had a bad experience.
- BBBethanyDec 16, 20251.0They were very friendly. But many employees acted very inexperienced. I had my tranmission fluid flushed and replaced and they put 5x to much back in. The pump machine they use to take that fluid in and out clicked off 4 separt times and I asked questions and was trying to make sure everything was fine. And he kept claiming it wasnt registering. And I leave and my car starts acting funny,knocking, not shifting properly and starts smelling like burning oil. And so I had my family friend check my car, and that was the first thing he checked and showed me it had been way way way to over filled. The fluid went up way past to hot and cold notches and my dip stick twirled in the metal about 2 inch past the notches and it Registered the fluid all the way up there. It blew my mind. The employees really should of known better. Cause it would cause alot of damage to your tranmission and pump and catalytic converter, the fluid won't pressurize correct, and won't circulate through the car properly. Very very let down and disappointed.
