  I had a very positive experience purchasing my Mazda at this dealership. Luis Roedan was the sales representative I worked with, and he did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me all the features, and answered all my questions without any pressure. What I especially appreciated is that he found the exact trim I was looking for and arranged to have it brought in quickly. He also prepared the paperwork in advance, which saved me a lot of time at the dealership. Overall, the process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Luis to anyone looking to buy a Mazda.

  I wanted to take the time to write a review regarding Superior’s salesman (Travis Martin). Travis and I were not able to close on a CX-30 Premium, however, it was only due to location. I happen to live about 9 hours from Bentonville, which made things a little more difficult to navigate logistically. Superior had the exact year, model, trim, color scheme etc. that I wanted. I called Travis up and he was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and a huge help! He meticulously went over each option that I could implement to be able to secure the vehicle if a deal was made. Superior actually made the best offer financially, but other dealership’s were able to close the gap economically due to proximity. I would not hesitate to call on Travis if you need help buying a vehicle! Kudos Travis!

  Mazda doesn’t just specialize in Mazda vehicles but also an array like Toyota! We had a wonderful experience with Lucas! He approached us in the parking lot when we found something online and was able to find the vehicle timely to test drive. He wasn’t pushy or annoying and was able to answer all our questions! His manager Jose and financial manager, Jesus, were incredibly helpful with information about the price, history of vehicle and assisting us with the best price and interest rate. The whole team went extra miles for us to receive such a deal for our growing family. We came in looking for a 3rd row, reliable and affordable vehicle and left with just that. Thank you to Mazda Superior! If you’re hesitant to buy, just swing by and let them show you how to properly handle business.

  I have now purchased 2 vehicles from the dealership! It has been 2 different sales professionals but it has been a great experience both times! Sales professionals were great, allowed me a 24 hour test drive because the vehicle I wanted was a different type of vehicle than I am used to (hybrid). Worked numbers all over the phone and then came into the dealership and signed papers! It was a smooth and easy process BOTH times! Then referred my sister in law and within a week she made a purchase as well!

  Jacob did an excellent job. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and very respectful. Listened well and responded to customer requests. The only objectionable thing has nothing to do with Jacob. It is the age old song & dance that most dealers still cling to in order to squeeze every $ out of the customer who may give up from exhaustion after spending multiple hours there. If Walmart used this method to sell toasters, I would still be fixing my toast in the oven. Price it right, make it easy, customers will come. All that said, I’m happy with my purchase and Jacob.
