    This is my second car from Superior Mazda, and once again, the experience was excellent. Ivan in Sales was helpful and patient throughout the process. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Jesus in Finance was great both times I’ve worked with him. He was fast, clear, and never pushy. He made the paperwork simple and easy to understand. I appreciate how smooth and professional the whole process was, and I’m happy to continue doing business with them.

    The service department is great! My husband and I both had to take our MX-5 Miatas in for maintenance, recalls, and some other stuff that they found that needed to be taken care of. They gave us a loaner, thank goodness. They texted us videos of what they found on the cars that needed to be fixed, so we didn't just have to take their word for it. I love that! Also, since the repairs were going to take longer than expected, and my husband's vacation week was over, they delivered them all the way to our home in Fayetteville and picked up the loaner, as I wouldn't have been able to drive two cars home by myself. That is truly great service! Thank you, Mazda!

    Briana Wolkoff is the best sales rep I have ever encountered at a car dealership. She did an amazing job helping my mom purchase a new CX 50. She's extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. Now I really dislike dealerships and the typical deceptive sales tactics they use to try to scam people into paying more. There was a bit of a miscommunication during the buying process but Brianna and her manager Rosie Young were very apologetic and made the situation right in the end. We definitely would not have purchased the vehicle here if it wasn't for Brianna. My mom had her heart set on a Lexus and she ended up with a really nice Mazda. Thank you Brianna and Rosie!

    I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and I can say hands down this was the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I can honestly say I would give Krystyna Gotberg 10 stars if I could. She went above and beyond for us! This dealership stood by the offers they made on our trade-in sight unseen. She had everything ready when we arrived. The finance department was wonderful. He had all paperwork ready to go with no issues. We drove from Oklahoma to buy this vehicle and I will absolutely make that drive again when the time comes for another car, which will be awhile because I absolutely love my Navigator!     Had a unique experience with Superior Mazda, overall good for the most part even though outcome wasn’t what both party’s were hoping for. We bought a used 2021 Toyota Highlander here and less then 48 hours after taking it home check engine light came on which is every car buyers worst nightmare. We immediately contacted Mazda to explain what’s going on and were initially told because we didn’t buy warranty and car was sold as is they were not going to do anything even though this was obviously a pre existing condition that was never disclosed of before purchase. After some back and forth they finally agreed to look at the car. They started off communicating and keeping us updated like they said they would and they tried swapping a few parts they thought were causing check engine light and said car was ready to be picked up and closed service ticket. My wife and I had a hunch problem wasn’t fully fixed because they said they didn’t test drive car for very long after swapping parts which I’m no mechanic by any means but I know you need to drive car for at least 50 miles before being able to confirm check engine light isn’t going to come back on if problem is actually fixed and we didn’t want to take car back and drive it for a day or two just for light to come back on again and have to go through whole process again so we insisted they keep car longer and drive it and leave it running for extended periods of time and sure enough we got a call back around a day later that check engine light had came back on but there was nothing else there Mazda technicians could do to accurately diagnose it since it’s a Toyota and they don’t specialize in diagnosing them. After a little more back and forth we were told they were taking it to Toyota dealership so they can diagnose car, this is where communication took a left turn. We were told we would be getting daily or every other day updates but that never happened. We were the ones that always had to call to get an update the day after we were promised to hear from a manager to get an update. This went on for over a week and finally got a diagnosis on car and turned out had a bad head gasket and was going to be over 10,000 to repair and Mazda didn’t want to pay to get it fixed. We were devastated when we heard this news and we feared we would be stuck with a lemon and a 10,000 repair bill. Note we put a $15,000 down payment on this car so had no funds left. Thankfully this is where I give Mazda all the praise and gratitude in the world for doing the right thing up until this point and they offered to unwind deal like it never happened and give us our money back or use money to buy another car from there lot. We chose to take money for now because up until now this whole situation has had us extremely stressed and overwhelmed with fear of the worst case scenario. We will be taking our time and maybe save up for a little longer to be able to buy a new car that hopefully will not have issues for years to come rather than keep gambling on used cars. My only complaints with the overall experience was the lack of communication at certain points and that Mazda didn’t do a thorough enough analysis before putting this Highlander on there lot even though they claimed to do a 100+ point multi inspection but that clearly wasn’t enough because they missed a huge issue with this car that ended up being a blown head gasket. Even though they may not have had any legal obligation to unwind deal they stood by there customer and owned up to there mistake and did the right thing. I would definitely do business here again if we are ever in the market for a new Mazda vehicle. Don’t ever stop putting your customers first and doing the right thing during unfortunate circumstances.
