The Technician was on time and I got a text letting me know when he was on the way. He did a terrific job on the installation and cleaned everything up. The nationwide warranty is awesome as we were traveling far from home when we had to replace our windshield.

They had replaced my wipers and as I was leaving I turned them on because it was raining hard and there was a loud clunk noise, then they stopped in the middle of my windshield. They would not move after that. Turned back around and told them my wipers weren’t working. Took them about another 30 minutes of working on it to fix the problem. Shouldn’t have to clean up after them and shouldn’t have to deal with something as simple as a wiper blade replacement causing issues like that. First time using Safelite, not a great experience.
