- JGJohn GrossDec 6, 20251.0Worker from the Bentonville Safelite who worked on our car put the windshield wiper arms on wrong (drivers side on passenger side) and gashed the paint in four places on the side posts. When we questioned this they said they had pre pictures but not post and did change the wipers back but would not take accountability for the paint scrapes. When they eventually showed us the pictures they were blurry but definitely did not show any paint scrapes. The car had just been repainted less than two months before. We will be reporting to the BBB and the AMVC but would not recommend anyone use this Safelite office and also recommend anyone using them to take pictures before they arrive as they appear to have purposely taken bad pictures in an attempt to cover shoddy work. They did offer to give us a paint pen but the gashes are deep-do not use.
