  Booked an appointment on a Monday and the correct glass was not in. They communicated this with me quickly and got me back in that Wednesday. Let me pick my appointment time since they had to reschedule. Drop off was super easy, Barry was so kind and gave me all the information I needed! Glass looks great got a calibration certificate as well. Would highly recommend this shop!

  Honestly read some of these reviews and I don’t get it. Competitive pricing, cooperation with insurance, quick with appointments, and a Clean area. I received the windshield repair, and I would have never expected it to look like new because it’s not new it’s repaired, yet I was very pleased with the reconditioning. Rocky my technician was careful and clean and respectful, like what more can you ask for. This is a great bang for your buck. Ps windshield repair is never a guarantee, sometimes the glass is too weak and will crack further from being filled, it’s a risk you’re taking. I took it and they did a great job. Don’t blame them if it fails they’re doing their best. - end of the day, thank you guys you don’t deserve the heat I’m finding in the reviews

  Tech was on time and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there is significant wind noise in the passenger compartment as 40 mph is reached and gets worse as speed increases. Additionally, there is a 1/2” gap between the right side wiper and the glass, causing uneven cleaning. It looks like the replacement glass has a slightly different shape than the OE glass. I have yet to report the problem to Safelite so I will see if they stand behind their work and adjust my mediocre review accordingly.

  Nothing fires me up like being taken advantage of does. I went in to get my rear driver side window repaired after it shattered about a year or so ago. After the repair my window wasn’t working and I called and they said it was probably a regulator issue or motor issue and that they don’t repair those. Um, my windows rolled up perfectly fine BEFORE this installation. Anyway I got crazy quotes from dealerships so I’ve waited to get this thing fixed. I finally went to a trusted mechanic today and he just laughs to himself and he starts telling me what these fools did. Not only did they take the window motor out and not even tell me or explain why, but they for some reason unplugged my speaker and didn’t plug it back in, they cut a hole in the panel for whatever reason, and they cut the wire to the regulator and just wrapped it around the bolt and called it good. No shit my window wasn’t rolling up or down. When I went back today to confront them about them cutting the wire and removing the motor the guy just said that the glass from the shattered window is what cut the regulator wire and that it had nothing to do with their work and I was like how did TINY shards of glass cut a wire that thick, please explain and he just gave me some lame excuse and said it happens all time and I was like well shouldn’t they have double checked and cleaned out the remaining bits in the case that glass WAS stuck in there so that there wouldn’t be further damage and he didn’t have an answer. I’m annoyed not just due to the half ass dirty work, but the fact that I wasn’t taken seriously bc I CLEARLY don’t know about the mechanics of a car and they know they can just manipulate and twist whatever sounds believable enough and I won’t know any better. I’m all about independence and being able to hold your ground, but in this case if you don’t have car knowledge bring your man or a trusted mechanic with you lol

  I had an appointment scheduled to get my windshield replaced. On the first appointment they were not able to recalibrate the smart features on my car such as: lane assistance and brake assistance. So I had to schedule a second appointment. On the second appointment they were able to get my car recalibrated but when I picked up my car, the interior smelled like cigarette smoke. I’m not sure if someone had been smoking and had it on their clothes and we’re working on the inside of my car but the interior smelled like cigarette smoke. I called the customer care team to get an appointment scheduled to deodorize the car a few days later. I showed up to my third appointment and was told that they couldn’t smell it and that there was nothing they could do. When I asked what to do about it, I was recommended to give it time and use an air freshener. Very disappointed with the service.
