I have had trouble with this National location multiple times including being put into an enterprise rental and not getting called back, I followed up on the enterprise issue 4 separate times. I guess they are like that Seinfeld episode they can take a reservation but they can’t keep a reservation

Upon return the attendant opened every door, looked under the wheel wells, and got a flashlight out to check the top of the SUV to see if there were any dents. He then decided the liftgate wasn’t working right and filed a report. I didn’t even use the liftgate. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life.
