THE STAFF at this maverick is what makes it amazing, we recently had to switch up our morning routine, and we are so sad that we don’t see our fave lady every morning! 😭 They are so great and everyone is always in a good mood and very helpful! Anytime I have issues with our nitro card. They’re always more than willing to help me, they are polite to the kids and ask them how school has been going, it’s just an overall very pleasant experience!

Truck drivers, please note that this location has space to accommodate two trucks, and the evening staff are generally cooperative and allow parking. However, the night shift personnel do not permit extended parking for a 10-hour reset and may ask you to leave immediately, even threatening to involve the police. Unfortunately, this location does not appear to be trucker-friendly during overnight hours. Plan accordingly and consider alternative stops if you’re looking to complete your mandated rest.

They discriminate against people with Service Dogs, attempting to deny access and demand non-existent requirements, such as proof of Certificate( not a real thing) or demanding a certain type of vest (no identification requirement, in hotter months we use a bandana, and have never had an issue before. When I contacted corporate about it I got a standard response and no follow-up, even when I followed up with them. When I finally got the employee to realize that she was in the wrong, she tried to be magnanimous, claiming she would " permit" me access, as if I need her permission to be there.
Completely unprofessional, and absolutely rude.
FYI: according to the ADA they can only ask if it's an SD, and what it's tasks are. Any other questions are illegal, and they can only deny access if she's aggressive or loud, or acts unprofessional, but she was better behaved than the employee.
