I did nothing to try to cancel it, but suddenly out of nowhere even up to an hour before my reservation was ready to begin, they canceled it! This has been the most stressful and exhausting experience! When I was told, I would have to have a physical credit card at the desk, I told him I did not have it and the guy would not help me at all and said I needed to try other locations. He would not call other ones for me or try to see if anyone had anything available! It was just my bad sorry. 🤷♀️

When my reservation was unexpectedly cancelled because they had multiple units out at the shop without warning, the agents took every possible step to get me taken care of and make it up to me, and I ended up extremely satisfied. Very professional staff here.
