    This place seriously sucks. I rent a ton of cars for my job and these guys are consistently bad. Two previous rentals were downgraded, and they pulled their BS “you’re actually getting an upgrade” nonsense. Right. Because when I book a premium car I’m definitely talking about a Dodge Durango… They just called and cancelled my multi-day reservation for tomorrow. No apologies, no “how can we make this right?” I’m completely done with this location, it’s a clown show.

    Guy who works there today 11-5-25 is extremely rude!! I will take my business elsewhere! Edit... I canceled my reservation and rented a car on Turo. Don't hire people that get an attitude when you call with a simple question. I will never to business again.
