Progressive setup the rental reservation for me, as it was their clients fault for the accident. I try to get my rental from Enterprise, and they want to charge me a fee. What?! I'm local. My car is going to a local shop, and they are making me pay a fee because they are worried I'm going to steal their car. This place is a joke. Take your business somewhere else.
