  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a BMW M5 Touring from BMW of Northwest Arkansas, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Tyler Arndt. From start to finish, Tyler was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. The pricing was great, everything was clearly explained, and there was zero pressure at any point in the process. What really stood out was how smooth and stress-free he made the entire buying experience. He took the time to answer every question and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with the purchase. The truth is, the only reason I bought this car was because of Tyler. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about the customer experience and goes above and beyond, ask for Tyler Arndt—you won’t be disappointed.

  I usually would not leave a review, but the way I have been treated while trying to order a car is unacceptable. I was told on muliple occasions that I would have to run credit to ORDER a car.... I have bought 30+ cars in the past 48 months, and I have never heard of this. Not even at the exotic level. Was told this was just "Policy," but after talking to previous buyers & having two more friends order M3s with this dealer, it has been made clear this was profiling. I even asked if I am paying cash am I needed to run credit & was told yes to that too. Let me also mention that I had offered a higher deposit to offset this. I have built an 800+ score and will not have a hard inquiry just for ordering a car; they don't know if they will get allocation for it. Incredibly disappointing experience. My sales rep was great, but management needs a very clear training for their "Policy" will never buy a car from this dealer or chain after this.

  Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I just got home to Texas this morning after picking up my 2019 preowned X5 from BMW of NWA and couldn’t be happier. When a team goes above and beyond I feel it deserves specific feedback, so here are some of the reasons I’m going to recommend THIS dealership to everyone. This is my fourth BMW purchase and I’ve been treated well before, but Eric, Aaron and Jonathan gave what is exemplary BMW service, and stuck with me through some unforeseen recall repairs that needed to be made. Aaron especially made me feel like I was the only person buying a BMW in the world, and I never felt overlooked. Aaron made sure the car was flawless when I picked it up. Everyone was honest and transparent about timelines and pricing, and kept their word. All this on what was definitely not the priciest car on the lot, which says so much. When it came time to pick the car up, Aaron drove to the airport and had my car waiting when we got to the dealership. Eric had the paperwork waiting, and I was out in 30 minutes - I had to drive 9 hours back to Austin so that was awesome. The car of course exceeded my expectations, and was the reason I first reached out - but when it comes time to get my next one, I pray it’s here because this Texan will gladly fly to Bentonville and drive back just to work with this team.
