I’ve done this several times before, and even though I was willing to pay, they still refused. This was a complete waste of my time and a very disappointing experience. I don’t think I will be coming back to shop at this store again.

As I was leaving, he laughed at me for no apparent reason. It’s deeply disappointing and troubling that this kind of behavior still exists, especially in a customer-facing environment.
