- JJJacob3 days ago1.0BEWARE THIS PLACE WILL RUIN YOUR VEHICLE!!! I visited this place on 4/8 and after my wash I noticed HUNDREDS of scratches ALL OVER my vehicle. I notified the manager immediately and they took photographs. The next day I was contacted by the site lead Caleb Heidelberg. He had me come to the store and I showed him the hundreds of scratches. He immediately started denying that it could've been done by the wash and was anything but helpful. He stated he was going to investigate the matter and stated he would watch the video footage. My car was covered with pollen when I arrived so I asked how is it he could possibly see the paint clearly. He stated that if he could not see it on the camera, then they would likely deny my claim. I took the vehicle to multiple paint and body shops and all of them agreed that the markings are 100% consistent with car wash component wash damage. Particularly the exact style system used at this location. I received an email from Caleb that Said that company was denying responsibility. He did not tell me how this determination was made, and what factors were considered. Now I'm having to get legal representation to deal with a matter that could've been dealt with in the very beginning.

Tried asking for some help but unfortunately they just gave me the run around. Thankfully a kind stranger helped me out, made the experience so much more forgiving! Thanks Alex!

Then, an employee came out screaming at me, saying that they only do 10 and under. When I asked for a manager because of the way he was acting, he told me there was no manager. Won't ever stop by here again even with other vehicles.
