  I badly needed my brakes fixed. Another shop in town was not capable of handling it and wasn’t entirely honest about that. Dawn and Dave at the Benton location were so helpful and kind. It was such a better experience.

  No appointment needed for an oil change!!! Which I just learned! If you need an appointment you can make one online easily as well as reschedule. They are upfront and honest about what is going on with you vehicle, no trying to get extra money out of you for not needed parts and they have the best customer service. They do military discounts for veterans as well.
