- DSDawn Scroggins3 days ago1.0Tommy’s car wash tore the back of my side mirror off. The manager on duty told me he would turn it in on their insurance. This was a week ago Saturday and promised to call me the following Monday. Never heard from him so I waited till Tuesday and I was told he would be in at 12 o’clock call back left my name and number. Guess what they said he left. I have not got that call yet??? I was trying to do the right thing and not go off on them. Still waiting???!! Oh let me guess manager forgot to call again!! Please be aware they do not take care of their business like they should. It’s not like I don’t have insurance myself but I’m not paying for their mistake. All I ask for was this to be taken care of. I’m not done Tommy’s!!!!!!

Great service, cleans my car great, and always open early. I can pop in literally before work. I am now a member and will be using them from now on. The girls at inside were amazing and helpful on my first visit. Great customer service
