I hope this isn't the way Enterprise will be conducting business from now on, because I have always had very good experiences here at this location.

I was assured over the phone that an 8-passenger vehicle was available and that my reservation was confirmed. However, I later received a call stating that they could not honor my reservation and that I should try the airport location instead. Wanting to avoid any further issues, I called the airport location to confirm that they had the vehicle in stock and that I could pick it up the same day due to the previous cancellation. They confirmed it, so I drove an hour to get there. Upon arrival, I was told they did not have the vehicle. They even had my confirmation in their system, yet I was still turned away. After showing proof of my reservation, Sarah took over the conversation and informed me that my only option—despite this being their company’s error—was to make a complaint online. I was told I could make a complaint online or call a 1-800 number, but no real solution was offered. I was also told that their online system does not match their on-site inventory, which again is not my fault. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of compassion, accountability, or professionalism from staff at both locations. No alternatives, no apologies, no effort to help fix the problem their own system created. I understand that issues can arise, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I will never use Enterprise again. If I could give less than one star, I would.
