  Bernard E and the whole team were such a blessing. We were traveling thought and had a charging system issue. Bernard diagnosed it changed out the battery under warranty and got us on our way with no issues at all. This is the type of service that keeps me a happy AutoZone customer

  Rude employees. Told me to go down the wrong aisle to find something. Then got mad because I asked them for help. She led me down the correct aisle. Not very helpful. Go somewhere else.

  Went here today to get a new battery for my car. Employees were nice and helpful, but the one who installed my battery dropped one of the washers on the ground. Instead of picking it up, he decides to let me drive off with it. not even 5 min down the road my car stalls and turns off while i'm driving, forcing me to pull over. After figuring out the issue i sent someone back to the store to see if they had the washer, and it was just sitting on the ground where my car was. Good service other than that, just please make your guys double check stuff like this. It could have been bad if this happened when I was on a crowded road.

  Went in looking for wiring for my truck and asked for assistance. The employee refused to help, grunted, and told me to find it myself. When I asked again, he scoffed and merely pointed down the aisle. He also claimed to be the general manager. I ended up leaving and going to Advance Auto Parts, where the staff were more than willing to assist.
