When I asked again, he scoffed and merely pointed down the aisle. He also claimed to be the general manager. I ended up leaving and going to Advance Auto Parts, where the staff were more than willing to assist.

Not only did Elisabeth H help with the bolt, she helped me find a telescoping magnet to see if I can find the original. Then allowed me to return the bolt when the magnet worked. She was super friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond! She definitely is the best employee I have experienced there and I come in a lot!
